I open my eyes, and I think I must be dreaming. I see the juicer I have wanted for a long time. The little ones and I have been trying to eat healthier and be healthier people in general. I know that store-bought juice isn’t right for you and I know my minis are tired of water. Yes, water is good, but who wants to taste the same thing over and over.
Juicing for the First Time
It was amazing! Tasty, mouth quenching, and healthy is how I’d describe juicing. I feel like I’ve been missing out all my life. Why haven’t I been doing this? Are my children falling in love with drinking things like carrots and fresh ginger? Juicing is perfect! I didn’t know where to start, so I looked up juicing for beginners, and it just opened my eyes. I believe this is the start of the rest of our lives.
Ingredients for our Juice
When we were online, we looked up a couple of recipes, so when we got to the store, we knew kind of what to buy. We usually shop at the natural types of grocers, so the ingredients were mostly organic. We ended up throwing in mandarins, apples, fresh ginger, fresh mint, spring water, and carrots. I should have written down how much, but we were just too excited. It came out amazing. We definitely will be juicing a lot from here on out. I will make sure to take notes so I can post the recipe.
